Introduction Hamdan Hassan ("we", "us", or "our") built the Spendly - Budget & Expense Tracker app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Hamdan Hassan at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

2. Data Collection and Storage (Offline Nature of the App) Spendly is designed to function primarily offline. All of your personal financial data, budgets, and expense entries are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store your personal financial data on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising While we do not collect personal financial data, our app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

  • Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. Google and its partners use advertising cookies and mobile advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve ads based on your prior use of our app or other apps on your device.   • Expo: We use Expo for push notifications and app analytics.

These third-party providers have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they use such information.

4. Push Notifications Spendly may request permission to send you push notifications regarding your budget or expenses. You can opt out of these notifications at any time through your device's system settings.

5. Log Data We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

6. Security We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information (if any is ever collected via third parties). We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Since your financial data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data relies heavily on the physical and software security of your personal device.
